In short. The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) applies across the European Union, including in Finland. This page explains, for people in Finland, who is responsible for your data in Hashmark, which authority you can turn to, and how to use your rights. National law in Finland
In Finland, the GDPR is supplemented by the Data Protection Act (tietosuojalaki, 1050/2018), in force since 1 January 2019.
Age of digital consent (GDPR article 8): in Finland, a child can give consent on their own for online services from age 13. Hashmark has no accounts under 13, and anyone aged 13 to 15 needs a parent's or guardian's OK, which we ask for by email. This is at least as strict as the rule in Finland. The parent can take the OK back at any time with the link in that email, which deletes the account.
Sports clubs: health data, photos, licences
Injuries and absences, wellness check-ins and medical certificates are health data, which the GDPR protects more strongly (article 9). Your club or team decides whether to record them, for example to follow its federation's rules on licences and medical certificates; only the roles that need them can see them. Hashmark keeps them only to provide the service to your club and never uses them for anything else.
Your club shows and shares photos and videos of you only if you (or your parent, for a player under 18) said yes in its image-rights form. You can change your answer, and ask the club to remove an image you appear in.

We answer within one month, free of charge. We may ask you to confirm who you are, for example by writing from your account's email address. We make no automated decisions that significantly affect you, and we do no advertising profiling.
Where your data goes
Hashmark's database is hosted in Ireland (European Union), and the clubs' photos and videos in the European Union. Some providers (email, payment, notifications) may process data in the United States; those transfers are covered by the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. The full list of providers is in the privacy policy. We never sell or rent personal data. If a data breach puts you at risk, we tell the authorities and you, as the law requires.

Kansallinen lainsäädäntö Suomessa
Suomessa GDPR:ää täydentää tietosuojalaki (1050/2018), joka tuli voimaan 1.1.2019.
Digitaalisen suostumuksen ikäraja (GDPR:n 8 artikla): Suomessa lapsi voi itse antaa suostumuksen verkkopalveluihin 13 vuoden iästä alkaen. Hashmarkissa ei ole tilejä alle 13-vuotiaille, ja jokainen 13–15-vuotias tarvitsee vanhemman tai huoltajan suostumuksen, jota pyydämme sähköpostitse. Tämä on vähintään yhtä tiukka kuin Suomessa voimassa oleva sääntö. Vanhempi voi perua suostumuksensa milloin tahansa kyseisen sähköpostin linkillä, jolloin tili poistetaan.
Urheiluseurat: terveystiedot, kuvat, lisenssit
Loukkaantumiset ja poissaolot, hyvinvointikyselyt ja lääkärintodistukset ovat terveystietoja, joita GDPR suojaa erityisesti (9 artikla). Seurasi tai joukkueesi päättää, kirjataanko niitä, esimerkiksi lajiliiton lisenssejä ja lääkärintodistuksia koskevien sääntöjen noudattamiseksi; niitä näkevät vain roolit, jotka niitä tarvitsevat. Hashmark säilyttää niitä vain tarjotakseen palvelun seurallesi eikä koskaan käytä niitä mihinkään muuhun.
Seura näyttää ja jakaa kuvia ja videoita sinusta vain, jos olet (tai alle 18-vuotiaan pelaajan kohdalla vanhempasi on) suostunut siihen seuran kuvausluvan lomakkeella. Voit muuttaa vastaustasi ja pyytää seuraa poistamaan kuvan, jossa esiinnyt.

Minne tietosi menevät
Hashmarkin tietokanta sijaitsee Irlannissa (Euroopan unioni) ja seurojen kuvat ja videot Euroopan unionissa. Jotkin palveluntarjoajat (sähköposti, maksut, ilmoitukset) voivat käsitellä tietoja Yhdysvalloissa; nämä siirrot perustuvat Euroopan komission vakiosopimuslausekkeisiin tai EU:n ja Yhdysvaltojen väliseen tietosuojakehykseen. Palveluntarjoajien täydellinen luettelo on tietosuojakäytännössä. Emme koskaan myy emmekä vuokraa henkilötietoja. Jos tietoturvaloukkaus aiheuttaa sinulle riskin, ilmoitamme viranomaisille ja sinulle lain edellyttämällä tavalla.
