GDPR by country
The short version. The GDPR gives you the same rights everywhere in the European Union. Each country also has its own data protection authority and a few national rules (for example the age at which a young person can agree on their own). Pick your country for a short page in your own language, with your authority. The full detail of what we keep, why and for how long is in our privacy policy.
En français : choisissez votre pays pour un résumé du RGPD dans votre langue, avec l'autorité de protection des données de votre pays. Pour la France, voir aussi notre page RGPD.

- Who is responsible: Vantry LLC (Hashmark) for your account, billing and the website; your team or club for what it records about you, with Hashmark as its processor (section 14 of our terms).
- Your rights: to see, correct, export or delete your information, to limit or object to its use, and to take back consent. Email support@usehashmark.com with "GDPR" in the subject; we answer within one month, free of charge.
- Complaints: write to us first if you like, and you can always complain to the data protection authority of the country where you live or work, or where you think the problem happened. Each country page names its authority.
If a country page and our privacy policy ever differ, the privacy policy describes what Hashmark does, and the law of your country still applies to you.
